All AI receptionist plans are month to month. You can cancel anytime by emailing us or calling (509) 418 8817. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Partial months are not refunded.
If you change your mind before we start building your receptionist, we will refund your setup fee in full. Once your receptionist is live and answering calls, the setup fee is nonrefundable because the setup work has been completed.
