For emergency and near-me searches, the map pack dominates results. Your GBP needs to be complete, have strong reviews, list your actual service areas, and show recent activity (photos, posts).
Service-specific pages
Build individual pages for your main services: AC installation, AC repair, furnace installation, furnace repair, heat pump service, etc. Each page should be specific, include the cities you serve, and have a clear CTA. Generic “HVAC Services” pages don’t rank as well as specific ones.
Seasonal content
